Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are exempt from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Harlembling box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for authenticity and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
