Our jewelry is crafted using genuine 925 sterling silver or high-grade stainless steel. We do not use brass or nickel, ensuring your skin won't turn green and your jewelry maintains its shine with proper care.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days, while priority and international options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and production standards.
Are the stones used real diamonds?
We specialize in high-quality Moissanite and man-made diamonds (CZ). Our Moissanite stones pass most handheld diamond testers and offer a brilliance that rivals natural diamonds at a fraction of the cost.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we provide a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear resulting from improper care.
Can I shower with my jewelry on?
While our 925 silver and gold-plated items are high quality, we recommend removing them before showering or swimming to preserve the plating and prevent chemical buildup from soaps and chlorine.
